<h2>Role Purpose</h2>

<p>Ensure O Finance operates in full compliance with Banque du Liban (BDL), Banking Control Commission (BCC), AML/CFT regulations, and internal governance frameworks.<br />
&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>

<ol>
	<li>Ensure compliance with BDL circulars, BCC regulations, and Lebanese code of money</li>
	<li>Maintain and update internal policies (AML, KYC, CDD, sanctions, governance)</li>
	<li>Oversee regulatory reporting and regulatory correspondence (FATF &amp; CRS)</li>
	<li>Support internal audit, external audit, and BCC inspections</li>
	<li>Review contracts, SLAs, partnerships, and legal documentation</li>
	<li>Manage legal compliance risk assessments and remediation plans</li>
	<li>Ensure data protection and customer confidentiality standards<br />
	&nbsp;</li>
</ol>

<h2>Requirements</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in law</li>
	<li>5+ years of experience in a financial institution, bank, or regulated entity</li>
	<li>Strong knowledge of BDL regulations, AML/CFT, and compliance frameworks</li>
	<li>High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail</li>
	<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
	<li>CAMS or compliance certification is a strong plus</li>
</ul>

Legal Compliance Officer

<h2>Role Purpose</h2>

<p>Ensure accurate and timely capturing of loan applications&rsquo; details and customer data, and support operational workflows.<br />
&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>

<ol>
	<li>Gather documents (IDs, salary slips, contracts, etc.)</li>
	<li>Input customer and loan application data into core system</li>
	<li>Support loan file creation and archiving</li>
	<li>Assist credit analysts and operations team</li>
	<li>Ensure data accuracy and document completeness</li>
	<li>Support daily operational workflows and reporting</li>
	<li>Maintain confidentiality and data security<br />
	&nbsp;</li>
</ol>

<h2>Requirements</h2>

<ul>
	<li>University degree or equivalent</li>
	<li>2-3 years of experience in banking operations/data entry</li>
	<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
	<li>Fast typing and system navigation skills</li>
	<li>Good organizational skills</li>
	<li>High integrity and confidentiality awareness<br />

</ul>
